Job Completion Survey

Comment: Teasdale Fenton came out to clean my 1.5 year old carpet. It had a very slight smoke smell from the fireplace and a few small stains from having kids in the house. It probably didn’t really need to be cleaned, but it was a good time for us to do it if we were going to do it. The tech was professional, came on time, and worked very quickly. Neither the smell nor the stains were removed. I’m not sure why we had the carpets cleaned or if something was done wrong. They at least looked nice after the vacuuming was done. The carpet was dry about 10 hours after it was cleaned. I would either not do it again or would find someone else to do it next time.
