Tech was prompt and courteous. Friendly and engaging.
The areas of carpet that were cleaned look clean and smell fresh. Very pleased!! Not excessively wet and reasonable dry time. However, disappointed with the cleaning of the sofa and loveseat. Not as clean as other companies in the past. Not a shot on the tech but -
