  • Comment: I actually originally scheduled an appointment with a competitor to get my ducts and dryer vent cleaned a month in advance, the day finally came, no call, no show. I called and the woman on the other line apologized, told me they got backed up with their earlier job, and asked if I wanted to reschedule. It was going to take another month to get an appointment. I asked if the price in the coupon I had is the price I would have to pay. She said it depended on what the technician found and what added services would be recommended. I found that suspect.

    That's when I decided to go with Teasdale Fenton instead...and I couldn't be any happier. Got an appointment for the next day, got a price quote upfront. It was for a lot more than the coupon their competitor offered, but they were upfront, no upselling, and professional. They called when they were on their way, explained what they were going to do/what they've done, showed up on time, and did an excellent job.
