Comment: Very nice experience. A wonderful knowdleageable technician who was able to explain the best options for me as a pet owner.I appreciated his polite and courteous manner as he explained in a way that I could understand.I was having a terrible headache and wasn't quite on my game. This type of service and genuine kindness goes a long way. I will tell all my friends to call your service and hopefully they will get the kind technician I had. I will be calling for my downstairs in a couple of months so please note who my technician was today. Great hires are hard to come by. Sheila Finamore
