- Comment: Our tech was super fast, like cleaned 3 rooms a hall and the stairs in 20 minutes fast. I was skeptical that he could have done a good job that quickly, but it seems he did. Now, granted our carpet wasn't filthy and there weren't any stains, so I can't really comment on that. While he was quick, he was a bit grumpy. Our street was paved 2 weeks ago and he seemed a bit miffed that the blacktop heated up and got on his shoes and his hose. I apologized and said if I'd have known that was going to happen, I would have warned him. He also hemmed and hawed about my neighbor's car being parked in front of my house, again, not exactly my fault. All in all, they did a good job and the carpets are clean.
