• Comment: I'm a little disappointed in the pricing that they told me. The woman I spoke to on the phone said 3 rooms were $79.99 and it included stairs (I explained I had 3 rooms + 2 set of stairs). Once the guys showed me my total, it was $109.99 and said each set of stairs count as an additional rooms. This is a good price, but this was not how it was explained over the phone. The guys smelled like cigarette smoke, as they were smoking right before coming in. The carpets look good, but I'm frustrated with the lack of communication.
